Dataplas Ltd provides a complete plastic fabrication service. We custom fabricate in perspex sheet, acrylic, polycarbonate, and various other plastic products. Dataplas Ltd also provides a plastic welding service and can complete plastic fabrication by glueing (using our very own plastic adhesive), drilling, thermoforming, bending and polishing for domestic and industrial applications.
We commonly work with materials such as polycarbonate, acrylic/Perspex, PETG, PVC, polypropylene and polyethylene. New parts can be manufactured from drawings or samples. If these are not available, please contact us to discuss your requirements. We can flame or diamond polish edges in applications where appearance is important.
